How sarthak

Unfortunately , no. You can't get admissions in a good course and college if your best of four aggregate in your class 12th examinations is 65% being from the general category will make it even more difficulty and almost impossible . You might get admitted in one of the last cutoffs rolled out by the university of Delhi, New Delhi on their official website. Though you can still apply for admissions to the Delhi University online on their website - du.ac.in.

You can reach out to us for further help regarding anything.

Hope it helps

Thanks
