well in Delhi University basic eligibility that you must have qualified your 10 + 2 graduation from recognised board and your minimum aggregate should be 60%

For best of 4 character creation the method is given below:
1. You must include one language subject which can be core, elective, functional
2.you must include one relevant subject like in case if you choose to pursue BSc statistics or BSc mathematics honours then it is compulsory for you to include mathematics in your best of four similarly if you go for BSc chemistry for BSC physics or BSc biology then it is compulsory for you to include chemistry, physics, biology respectively
3. Two subjects from list A
For list a check Delhi University web portal where they have given a list of courses that you can include in your best of four in case you include a subject other than those in list a then there will be a deduction of 2.5 person like if you include physical education or music then there will be reduction of 2.5% from your overall best of four percentage.
