Hello aspirant,
Getting du college with 70% is next to impossible even the off campus colleges cutoffs are above 80 to 85%. You can wait till the last cutoff list. ... You can fill the form of du entrance based courses and sit for entrance exam. You can apply for eca or sports quota if you are talented and get relaxation upto 15%.
Please mention the course for accurate information.
