Well, you have not mentioned the stream you want to take admission in. But let me tell you what the scenario is. 

Now, the 8th cut off and might be the last cut off is probably going to release this week. There is no official announcement of dates. If it releases, there will be vacant seats available for Reserevd Categories (ST/SC/OBC). So, if you comes under any of these categories, then 'yes' you might get seat under DU.

Because the percentage you have got is enough. The ending cut offs are minor on percentages i.e. having very linient cut offs of percentage. You may easily get admission in Arts or Commerce stream if seats are available with 73%.
