It's very difficult to be very honest. Delhi University is amongst the top ranked Universities and they usually take students with high percentage. The cut offs for general category usually start from 96-97 and ends up at 91.

If you have any category like SC, ST or OBC you might get B.Sc in evening colleges. But for morning batches it's not possible. I hope you good luck!
