With 88 % it would be quite tough to get computer science if you are from any unreserved category .However you van get other programs .Further the cutoffs may vary year to year depending upon lots of factors so can't say anything . If you are a girl student you may get into some women college as cutoffs are low in some of them (but are good colleges ) the best way is to go through the previous year cutoffs of each colleges .
