dear aspirant,

on basis of marks you didn't get any engineering colleges you have to write your state entrance exam or universities entrance tests .then you have chance to enter into engineering colleges.

in your CET exam 25% of pcb marks are added

No ,you'll get admission based on entrance exams ,
But percentage in regular acrdamics affects your further certification like any scholarships or something like that..

Anyway you better write CET irrespective of percentage
