In my college sports are neglected, lesser importance is given to the sports. All my friends are only focusing on the marks and craze and discussion goes for the entrance exam for the higher education in the abroad. But one thing that everyone forgets that, in abroad there is equal importance given to the studies as well as to sports. The only think I want in my college is that equal importance should be given to both studies as well as sports. Other facilities of the college such as studies, hostel life, and faculties are amazing in the college and also the campus is huge and beautiful too.

Descent College

My college is DESCENT AND NORMAL COLLEGE .It is not too good or too bad in terms of studies, Research, sports, Technical festivals and cultural activities too. My college is plain and simple. Talking about the infrastructure .YES it is good and the tools and devices required in the laboratories are also made available. The recent technical fest held that is SPECTRA which was not too good because of the lack of participants and sponsors due to which some of the events has to be cancelled out. But then too, the fest was awesome. The hostel is amazing and healthy and tasty food is been provided to us. The number of girls in hostel has also increased which is a good sign for our college.

It offers you with a good social as well as college life, not doubting the facilities and studies. It stands right after IIT and VJTI, offering scope for overall learning and real life applications. Having one of the largest campuses in Mumbai and a crucial geographical location adds to one of its perks. Overall, every student would wanna be an SPCEian!

It is a wonderful experience to be in spce college. I leart a lot of good things and alerted by some bad things while studying here.while studying in spce we actually learn how to apply your knowledge in practical life .I got good company of knowledgeble aspirants in spce which help me alot to compare myself in the race. Spce is a nice government aided autonomous college having opportunity for each student to grow his knowledge.

It is having systematically designed curriculum and tons of practical learning from various extra and co-curricular activities are provided to us. High-end laboratories, well-equipped library are also present. Highly motivated and talented students from across various parts of the country are with us studying my batch. Loads of opportunities for graduate engineers, and finally will say it is an excellent place to become an engineer.

Being an engineer back in those days was no easy task but to be a real good engineer meant doing things that were being academically rigorous and our professors ensured that no exam or assignment was without fair bit of its challenges. I am truly honored to be part of its rich alumni base and hope that the college will continue to shine in its ever green glory.

One of the best autonomus colleges in maharashtra

Shreeya

Sardar patel college of engineering or spce as it is generally known is a autonomus college located in andheri West, mumbai. The first thing that's super awesome about this college is the campus. The campus is one of the biggest engineering colleges campus in maharashtra.Secondly the thing which attracts you to this college is the autonomy.Spce and vjti and kj are the only 3 autonomus colleges in mumbai.I would suggest you must opt for spce over vjti if you are interested in mechanical field. Many people say and know that spce mech is better than vjti mech.Thirdly the faulty is good. Some are excellent and others are bearable.Maintain a cordial relation with them as they are the ones who will set the paper and check them. There are three canteens in the campus and 2 mess so you have ample options to choose from. They serve mouth watering food at cheap rates. The franky stalls outside the college campus are a added bonus. The placement is excellent and the training and placement office provides guidance if you wish to pursue higher studies. The college has its own racing team and robotics team . Joining any one of them provides great exposure. The college life is great, fests are awesome and Ivs each year are a added bonus of the college. The best college In mumbai for mech and the second best for electrical and civil..Join this one if you get it!!!
