Can I get Admission in IIST after completion of my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering?

Hello,
IIST offers Aerospace engineering, Avionics, Chemistry, Earth and Space Sciences and Physics & Maths. I don't think so that they aceept lateral entry as I checked on the official website. You also can go through it and check yourself and if you get clear with your field then it will be great because I don't think so if Mechanical gets all along with these fields.
