Hello aspirant,
I'm sorry to inform you but according to previous year statistics you won't be able to get cse branch in jamia millia islamia as the last round cutoff rank for obc candidate was around 40k but apart from cse you can get other branches such as mechanical, electrical,civil and electronics and telecommunication engineering as cut offs for these branches fall into your rank.
