No you cant. You must secure a very good rank in wbjee to get admission in Jadavpur University.

Hello,
No you can not get admission in Jadavpur University if you have not appeared for WBJEE 2018 as it is the only possible way for admission into it's undergraduate courses.
However you can apply for other engineering colleges with jee mains score.
