Can I get admission in jmi in bsc physics honours with a score of 60 in the entrance exam being a non Muslim general candidate?

No , you would get provided if you were from the Muslim minority. As you belong to the unreserved or general category you need  anything above 80 marks to get a seat guaranteed in the university for pursuing Bachelor's in sciences in various fields.
