As per the previous year cutoffs and you are from SC category so you might get some seats from lower ranked NITs and IIITs in the later rounds.
NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Durgapur, NIT Uttarakhand, NITs from North-east,etc
And some IIITs such as IIIT kancheepuram, IIIT Kota, IIIT Ranchi.etc.
