You haven't mentioned the college or university that you want to get in. I'm assuming that to be Delhi University. Foreseeing the recent trends of cut off with your percentage it is only possible to get admission if you belong to a particular category and can get reservation benefit. But Delhi University covers around 40 colleges in North and South Campus so you can get one of them.
