It depends upon the college you're seeking admission into. As some colleges only accepts jee mains score while other accepts only gujcet score (mostly the colleges in Gujarat). Moreover there are some that do consider your 12th board marks too.

To get admission in nirma university 50% seats for gujarat board (60%) and Gujcet (40%)and 35% seats for gujarat board(60%) and jee mains(40%). and 15% seats on base of jee only(NRI) ? I m right? or any different? Please explain base to get admission weightage
