NEET has a minimum cut-off score you need to qualify for the exam. This score varies year to year depending on the difficulty of the exam and the number of test-takers. You can find the previous year's cut-off scores on the official NEET website. If your score falls below this minimum cut-off, you won't be eligible for any MBBS/BDS admissions.

Even if you qualify for the exam, a low score might not be enough to secure a seat in a government medical college. Competition for these seats is fierce, and cut-offs for government colleges can be very high.

Remember, a low NEET score doesn't necessarily mean the end of your medical career aspirations. Explore all your options, strategize for improvement if you plan to re-appear, and consider alternative healthcare professions if medicine is your overall goal.
