In 2017 for admission in AIIMS Patna the cut off for the general category was a rank of 1720, whereas in Bhopal the cut off was a rank of 1003 and a rank of 1382 in Rishikesh.
Considering this, the chances are a little bleak. But it might vary each year, so you should try in the 3rd counselling and hope for the best!
