Wioth your current rank of 34700, you have chances of getting the following branches at VIT Vellore campus -

CE - Low

BME - High

PIE - High

So, in this case, if you are preferring Vellore campus, you have to opt for any of these 3 courses. But, if you're ready to go for Chennai campus, you have better options. Yes, you can get many branches except some. Since your rank is near to the 30k you will be eligible to get branches like EEE , ECE , Civil , Aero branches and Bio branches except CSE /IT or may be Mechanical will create some what challenging for you to opt these branches but don't loose hopes and try for the best.
