With 59 percentile, your chances of getting IGDTUW are quite low and if you belong to general category, then there are no chances for you with such a high rank in JEE MAINS.
However, if you belong to Any reserved category such as OBC, SC or ST, then depending upon your reservation, there are chances of your admission.
But since cut offs keep fluctuating nothing could be said clearly but if you are an SC or ST candidate, you would be able to make it in Mechanical Engineering till last round.
