For your kind information, Sorry to inform you that it'll be really tough for you to get admission with the rank in the desired course in any college, as you are out of Delhi applicant. As I also scored 432 ranks in mass communication and journalism I'm also out of Delhi applicant so I got top 5th college. So, you can get there is less probability for outside Delhi applicant get admission in IPU. 

You can try for spot round counseling there maybe you can admission or by management quota, you can try.
