Can I get any government college with 20903 rank in wbjee with gmr category

With a gmr of 20k + rank ok there is very less chance of getting a government college if you are a General candidate. And if you are not having home state quota but instead you are outside state student then the chances are even less.

Although you want you can try for some core departments like chemical engineering, Food Technology ,biochemical engineering civil mechanical ,production and other core departments.

I would better recommend you to go go for some good private colleges where are the placements are quite according to your desired department.

With this rank you can get any options of private colleges although if you want you can try for government colleges as well in core departments.
