As per your JEE Mains percentile your rank would be somewhere around 130000. On the basis of this rank you can't get admission in any of the government college due to very very high rank. So if you are really willing to take admission only in NIT's, IIIT's or NIT's then I recommend you to appear again with full preparation in JEE Mains or you can also take admission in good private institutions like -

1. JAYPEE Noida

2. Shiv Nadar University, Noida

3. Jain University, Banglore

4. MIT Pune 

and Many more.

if you are a general catagory then you have a less chance of getting in iiit. iiit need a high ranking. you can get gfti s like assam,birla etc. but i would suggest you personally not to go into gfti except birla. they are not upto the marks. you can tak up other government colleges.
