i have got 74 in jee mains and belongs to OBC category can I get any seat in NIT'S, IIIT'S, GFTI'S ANY GROUP ALSO

Based on this score the chances are less to get admission in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs. You can try for the private colleges. You can also check the cutoff with the given below link.
