As you did not mention your home state and your reservations, I am giving answer for a general category female candidate under other state quota.

As your rank is very high it is not possible to get into NITs under other state quota.

If you mention your state of domicile, the answer will be more specific.

Try under home state category.

Yes, I think you can get a branch in an NIT because you have a decent rank.

You will not be able to get the top branches but you stand a good chance to get a branch just below them.

I think you can appply for a couple of NIT's whose closing rank is around 50,000.

It is difficult to procure sear in any of the NIT s  with this rank. Your rank is quite high for NIT colleges.
There are some chances in IIITs, if you are from SC or ST.
But your can try for other state government colleges, you can easily get good government colleges.
