Should I apply for hbtu if I scored 47k crl n 6k gen ews rank in jee main?

Getting a college in uptu affiliated ones is not worth as I too have studied , its better to go with the rank of jee because since your rank is good you may get good colleges but anyhow leaving college under jee with those of uptu affiliated one is a wrong choice totally.
