Yes, you can get admission in DU affiliated colleges. NCC comes under Extra Curricular Activities (ECA) and 1% of total seats in a college are reserved under ECA and sports  category and that can be increased up to 5% of total intake capacity of the college but NCC is applicable only for admission to courses based on merit in class 12th. NCC is not applicable for admission to courses which are based on merit in entrance examination. So if you are seeking admission to a courses based on merit in the qualifying examination then you can register for Extra-curricular and Sports Quota (Supernumerary Seats) seats by paying additional fee while applying for admission.
