See there is no advantage/reservation for NCC certificate at AIQ counselling of NEET which is conducted by DGHS on the behalf of MCC but the state named Uttar Pradesh provides the horizontal reservation of 1% for NCC candidates means you will be getting a slight edge in seat allotment during NEET Counselling of state quota of UP.
Note that this reservation will be horizontal not vertical which means if you belongs to General category and have NCC certificate then you will be considered under General-NCC category and similarly with OBC,SC,ST and other vertical reservation categories.
