Hi Tulsi,

Unfortunately the answer is No. Last year's JEE main cutoff for round 3 of counseling went upto 21231 and your rank is around 173802.

(Formula : (100-percentile)*869010/100)

This will more likely to increase after April session exam as no of students may go upto 1200000. You can appear for WBJEE (if eligible).

Debajit Samanta Hi Tulsi,

Yes you can apply for CSE branch in any private college but there are grim chancess for you to get into a government college.

If you are inclined to go to a govt. college then you can appear for April session exam. But on my side I would like to say that college won't matter in front of the skills you'll acquire and for that you need to work on them college has less role to play in it.
