In my opinion, it will be difficult for you to get you admission in Kamla Nehru Institute through counselling. 
For your rank you can get admission in following colleges :

• Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology for Handicapped, Kanpur
• Bundelkhand University, Uttar Pradesh
• R. R. Group of Institutions, Lucknow
