As we know that this year VITEEE has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances of Corona virus so no cut-off will be declared, just closing ranks will be declared which is not declared yet.

According to previous years' trends it is much possible that you get CSE branch with this rank because generally closing rank for CSE is around 7,000. But note that cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
