i am student of GITAM bengaluru while out of my knowledge you will not get CSE in Vizag and Hydrabad but definatle you will get in Bangalore and i suggest you to not to join bangalore but your rank is prety managable you can get other branches like ECE,EEE IT but first try for CSE
