Hello Dolina, Jalpaiguri Government Engineering college accepts a very low rank in CSE depertment. So I think it will be difficult for you to get into JGEC if your SC rank is around 2500. But don't lose hope wait for further councellinng. If you can't make it out try some other government college's.
