Well, you haven't mentioned your Home State, as it is the only way of you getting CSE, for example, if you are from Meghalaya, then yes!, you can get cse in NIT, so 99% chances are not to get a CSE(most demanding) branch, but if you are lucky with the HS, then only you can land in NIT with CSE, so please mention it,

Hello dear..
Is difficult to get CS branch in NIT and in CS AB round there is no sure that you will get the seat. so you can go for a private college for CS branch their you get this branch or if you get an it it's not sure that you will get CS branch you can get any other branch also
