As your score is 173 then your rank would be under the 10k to 12k and for NIT Allahbad,the opening and closing rank for CSE are 200 to 4500 for students of all te categories,and same is from 420 to 7000 for ECE for all the students.Then there are chances of getting these branches in that coleges.As your score is 173 and your percentile score would be 97 by which you can apply for other braches in the same college and you can easily get any of them.

If you are lucky then you may get CSE branch at NIT allahabad with this much score of 173 marks in JEE Mains, which is not possible normally from the general category. So in my opinion your chances of getting the ECE or CSE branch is low but you may get it.
