The cutoff for VRSEC and PVPSIT is pretty low and most of the students can get into these colleges easily. According to previous year trends, with your rank, you won't be able to get a seat in CSE in both of the colleges but you can get a seat in IT branch easily in any of the colleges. The closing rank for CSE in BC-A category is around 35,000 whereas for IT branch it is till 60,000.

As your rank is big, it is very hard for the BC-A category candidates to get an admission in VR and PVP Siddhartha Institute of Technology with branch CSE or IT.
