Having a rank of 9973 in EAMCET under EWS means you can possibly get into Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) in VIT-AP; that will also depend on the cutoffs for this year based on from previous year's cutoffs. In previous years, candidates with ranks in the range of 10,000–12,000 have also gotten ECE, especially in the last rounds.
