Nope bro. With the rank106000 and obc rank 30050, its hard to get a good college of a NIT. As the cutoffs for the best college of NIT is very high, and closes its admission very early with the rank around 15000-20000. But, if not the best, you can go for other colleges of NIT. 

But with this rank, you can't get the best college of NIT

Sorry to tell you that with general rank 106000 and obc rank 30050 your chances are nearly nil to get any good nit or good iiit .

If your home state is any one of the northeast states then you have chances that you can grab a seat in nit which is in your particular state as closing rank in northeast nits for home state is very high.
