Even though you belong to scg category still you cannot have bams seat with this marks . 300+ marks are Atleast needed for government seat even in later counselling. I hop you understand cut offs are really high and these are not sufficient marks .

I am sorry to tell you but with a score of 276 in NEET UG 2019, I don't think you will be able to get any government college for BAMS even if you belong to SCG category. I advice you to drop a year and appear in the examination again next year. I hope this information was helpful!
