Yes. With a score of 386 under SC category, you have moderate chances of getting government BAMS college as for most of the states, the SC category cutoff remains 360+ marks. Under All India Quota, the cutoffs are around 400 marks for government BAMS seats in SC category. So it would be better, if you apply through your domicile state quota. This year's cutoffs are expected to be quite high than previous year, so keep that fact in mind also. Be patient and hope for the best.

Hello,
You do have chances if getting government bams college in a government medical college in all india quota and state quota.Cinsudering your category your chances are good but still It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc and also cutoff this year are too high.
