No these are very less marks dear student and I am sorry to tell you that you cannot get admission in any government bams , or bhms colleges with this marks. As cut offs are really high and this much marks won't fetch you a seat.

Sorry to say but your marks are not quite enough for getting MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BUMS in any government medical college in Maharashtra.
For MBBS the cut will be 480+ , BDS will be be 430+ and the rest courses at least 300+ .
Getting into a private college with government reserved seats is also tough for you .
The only option you have is Private seat .
But I would recommend you to take a drop and try next year .
