Since your jee mains rank is too high so there is tough chance you get seat in any of government college via maharahstra cap counseling. If you get seat then you have to wait till 3rd round. According to previous years cut offs you may have chance in Department of Technology (mechanical, civil, chemical) only but you can apply for private colleges from below link:
