Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Karnataka according to your profile.

See it is little bit difficult to suggest that whether you will get government MBBS seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

According to the marks mentioned by you in the question you expected rank is in between 102014 - 134164. So if we check out previous years NEET cut-off trends in Karnataka then on the basis of such rank there are very low or almost no chances for you to get seat in any of the GMCs under Hyd-Kar quota but yes you can get government seat in some of the private medical colleges.
