According to previous years list, with 472 marks your All India rank would range between 66000-67000.Last year the cut off for BCB(female) in AP was AIR 64871 with 475 marks and that was in Great Eastern medical school, Srikakulam. So you are very nearer to the cut off. But as the cut off keeps changing every year, we cannot say anything surely.

It is difficult for you to get a seat through A category. And 440 is the cut-off for BC-B category female.   You cannot get it at all through A category. So your NEET score is 472. Your Overall Percentile is:  94.71 - 95.21 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is : 71349 - 83499 . Also depends upon last years cut-off.
