As general category u can't get cs branch in first round.in second round u can get cs branch,as my one general friend got 296 in uptu but he gets electrical in first round .

Hi,
You can easily get iert college of allahabad with 284 marks. Go for counselling and you might get the best colleges of upsee. Go for counselling.
