With this rank it will be difficult for you to get admission in IET Lucknow and even if you are able to get a seat there even then it will be difficult for you to get a good branch. Although in spot round of counselling you might have a better chance. Also you can try for admission in other colleges in AKTU if you have a good branch. Hope this helps.
