Dear Sanjeev, previous year the cut off for IGIMS for SC category was 406 same as your score. The cut off trends change every year and if the same trend continues then you have chances of getting IGIMS.

Also the exam was bit easy this year so the cut offs are expected to increase. So, it will be a matter of luck. You can wait for the exact cut off.
