Hi,

IIIT Raipur & also IIIT'S has not the HS or OS quota. But at this rank you can't get it.

IIIT Raipur cutoffs :

CSE : 22882

ECE : 29707

These is the cutoffs. So according to your score your rank will be around 40-50k.
