I must inform you that most of the colleges under IIITs close even before the closing rank for SC category hits 10k. It would be informative for you to know only IIIT with closing SC rank above 10k was IIIT Manipur, that too just around 11k. Thus, it is very highly unlikely for you to bag a seat in any of IIITs even with SC category, under JoSAA rounds. I would highly recommend you to go for some state counsellings where mains marks are accepted like Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, and Karnataka as your chances are very bleak with JoSAA counseling.
