VNR or Vignan Jyothi Institute of Engineering & Technology is one of the B.Tech colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Affiliated to JNTU Hyderabad the intake for civil branch is only of 84. With the rank you mentioned there are little chances that you may get this college even Civil Branch, however if you tell me you caste, then may be you could get in caste quota, as for them the cut-off rank is generally low.

closing rank is different for different category students. also depends on  either male or female. but as per the closing rank of all category , you have no chances.
