1) IIT patna with NIRF rank of 26

2) IIT mandi NIRF rank of 31

3) IIT jodhpur NIRF rank of 53

4) IIIT allahabad

5) IIIT gwalior

6) IIIT kota

These are some of the IITs and IIITs which you can get at this rank as per last year cutoffs trends. This may change as per year depends on level of difficulty of the paper and all etc.
